Please submit the form at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • HealthBank bookings: Payment is made at the time of booking.

  • Private bookings: Payment is required 48 hours in advance via bank transfer or KPay (by arrangement). The appointment will be cancelled if the payment is not made.

  • Private health insurance rebates may apply — please check with your fund.

  • Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients with a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management Plan.

  • A 90-minute (split into two sessions) assessment of your health, lifestyle, and goals

  • A personalised nutrition and supplement plan

  • A written summary and email follow-up

  • Optional bundle packages for extended support

All care is delivered with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition.

Everyone’s journey is different — and so is the support you need.

While I offer a 3-session bundle to get started, nutrition care for fertility and women’s health is often most effective when it continues over three to six months. This allows time to:

  • Understand your unique needs

  • Implement and refine your personalised nutrition plan

  • Stay supported through the ups and downs of real life

Some people may need less time, others may benefit from longer support — it all depends on your goals, your body, and your circumstances.

We’ll discuss what’s right for you during your initial assessment.
